Irish Rugby has always been about standing together, fans united, facing each other shoulder to shoulder. But for one in twenty Irish supporters, watching the game told a different story. Colour blindness made it nearly impossible to follow the action on screen.

So we built See Green, a simple Chrome extension that does something powerful: it adjusts on-screen contrast, giving colour blind fans back what they'd been missing. Suddenly, they could see their team. Really see them.

The work was featured in Shots. It won Gold at the Clios and took home two Silver too.

White Claw gets it. Life's too short not to enjoy the moment, to have fun, to just... let loose. So when we created Let's, we weren't chasing perfection, we were chasing the real thing.

We watched how fans actually drank White Claw. Not what we thought they'd do, but what they really did. Then we built a global creative platform around that truth. A user-generated content playground where the fans were the stars.

We partnered with directors from every corner of the world and shot 20 short executions in the first wave. Each one captured a different slice of that unfiltered, in-the-moment feeling. Raw. Honest. Genuine.

The campaign rolled out to over 20 markets globally. And it worked because it was real.

Because sometimes the best ideas come from simply paying attention to what people actually love.

So we filmed what happens when taste hits. Real people. Real reactions. The involuntary moments, the surprise, the satisfaction, the instant recognition of something good. No acting. No filters. Just pure, honest response to flavour.

Electric Ireland sponsor the GAA Minors, a bunch of incredibly dedicated young men whose sacrifice mostly goes unnoticed. We wanted to change that.

We decided to shine a light on the effort these players put in, and to tell their story in a way that would hit home. Anyone who grew up here knows exactly what this means. The early mornings. The commitments. The hunger to prove yourself.

Because some moments define you. They teach you everything you need to know about who you are.

The Irish Travelling community deserves to tell their own story.

A 2 year long project, working with the Museum of Ireland, we set out to grow real empathy, not the performative kind, but the kind that sticks. The problem was the national curriculum didn't have room for their voices. So we created our own classroom.

We designed a history lesson that lived inside a history book cover. Familiar. Accessible. And then we handed the microphone to the community themselves. Their words. Their history. Their truth.

It's what education should always do, make space for the voices that have been left out.

The work won Gold at the ICADs, Gold at the Kinsale Sharks, and took home wins at the Effies, Adforum, and the ADCE.

But the real win? It's the conversations it started.

Eighteen months. One director. Brendan Canty. And a project that reminded us why we fell in love with creating in the first place.

We made 18 one-minute films exploring Ireland's counties and regions. But here's the thing: tourism advertising has been done to death. Another postcard. Another skyline shot. So we went looking for something else entirely.

We wanted to capture the feeling, that warmth you get when you're really present in a landscape. The small conversations that happen between strangers. The human moments that make a place come alive. Little stories, peeking through. Real glimpses of what it actually feels like to discover Ireland.

Because the best travel isn't about what you see. It's about what you feel.

A campaign for McDonald’s Eurosaver menu. No matter what of time of the month it is, you can always afford the Eurosaver menu. We observe people coming across small change in their everyday routines and how they see their find as a small treasure.

This public awareness campaign talks about how medical advancements in HIV, mean people living with it can live perfectly normal lives. It also sets the record straight on some big misconceptions. People taking medication cannot pass HIV onto partners, loved ones, or potential children in the future.

The concept is about showing real people, thriving, looking healthy and living well. Real interviews show them and their partners and friends as they discuss the realities of stigma, misconception and advances in medical science.

The real interviews included stories from HIV activists, couples and a parent - adult child relationship.

Aer Lingus wanted to bring Home Advantage to their Irish Rugby sponsorship. But in a sea of brands all chasing the same moment, they needed something different.

Sometimes the answer is simple content with heart.

So we sent Donnacha O'Callaghan to Cardiff with a simple mission, could he turn Welsh fans Irish? Just for a moment. Just for the 6 Nations. It worked because it was genuine. Because it understood that sports isn't really about the game. It's about home. It's about belonging.

Jazz is pure magic. It's about listening. Reacting. Creating something beautiful with someone else in real time. Unpredictable. Alive.

MyTaxi wanted to celebrate their sponsorship of the Cork Jazz Festival in a way that honoured that spirit.

So we got creative. We took the GPS movement of the MyTaxi fleet across the city and used machine learning to create an AI conductor. It listened to every ride. Every passenger became a player. Together, they created a 16-hour live set.

Real-time. City-wide. In taxis, on screens, online.

40,000 people tuned in. The same number as the entire festival attendance.

There are over 5,000 charities in Ireland. All worthy. All fighting to be heard. So how does Temple Street children's hospital stand out?

We looked at what matters most. The future. The potential of every child who walks through their doors.

We used LinkedIn to tell their story, showing who these kids could become, what they might achieve, what Temple Street makes possible. Not sad stories. Hope stories. Real futures waiting to happen.

Because when you invest in a child's health, you're investing in everything they might become.

Electric Ireland were giving away tickets to Electric Picnic. But here's the thing, you don't just win your way into a music festival. You have to earn it.

So we created Dancergy. A digital dance-off where people could show their stuff using Instagram's brand new video features. One hashtag. One beat. Pure movement.

It was perfectly Electric Picnic. Fun. Unpretentious. A chance to be yourself and celebrate with thousands of other people doing the same.

We created a series of mini billboards for the McDonald's EuroSaver menu. Each one tiny. Each one with a big idea: sometimes a little really does mean a lot.

So we left loose change beside each outdoor. Just sitting there. Waiting to be found. A small treasure that would catch your eye and make you smile.

Because the best ideas are the simple ones. The ones that make you stop and think. The ones that remind you that good things don't always need to be big.

What would you do if you witnessed domestic violence?

It's not a comfortable question. It's not meant to be.

We created a hard-hitting television, digital and outdoor campaign for the Irish Department of Justice that asked exactly that. Direct. Unflinching. A call to action for people to step in.

I got to work with Oscar-winning director Ben Cleary on this one. Someone who understands how to tell stories that matter.
